1. Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened Products — Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14–30 days of purchase.

• Opened or Used Products — Due to hygiene and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened, sampled, or used products unless the item is defective or you experienced an adverse allergic reaction.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
